Delivery Policy

When you buy credits, they are automatically and immediately placed into your account and made available through the game. If you believe your credit balance hasn't updated to reflect your new purchase, click the 'Refresh' button on the Card Purchasing page. Otherwise, drop us an e-mail.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds on credit purchases. If you believe that someone has charged credits to your account without your consent we will work with you to correct the transaction.
