RESOLVED - Browser Crash on Exit

The browser will crash about 80% of the time when you exit the game. This does not affect the game play experience or cause any harm to your computer. It's just really annoying.

We've spent a lot of time trying to find the source of the issue and are continuing to work on it. As the bug doesn't prevent the game from working we're balancing fixing this bug with introducing new features and content into the game.

Fixed in the next 3DVIA player

Our technology partners, 3DVIA, have fixed this bug in the new version of their web player. The version of the plug-in that's available right now - 4.1 - still has the bug. But 5.0 will be launched any day now and will resolve this bug.

This bug has been fixed by 3DVIA in the latest version of their plug-in, 5.0.
