Closed Development Status Report #3

This week we placed the final touches on the new challenge and trading system, as discussed in Status Report #2. Then, we moved on to incorporating an automated messaging system into the chat rooms. This new messaging scheme will help to inculcate new players to the game, and also allow for system-wide notices from us, the Rise & Ruin team.

Automated messaging is a feature some of our most veteraned players have requested for quite some time. This is due to the fact most brand new players generally bypass the game guide, in wanton fervor for some fun and fury. The result of this eagerness is a sometimes daunting onslaught of frequently asked questions.

As this messaging is geared towards providing relevant, useful information to new and old players alike, we will be more than happy to change up or add additional automated messages at the community's request.
