RESOLVED - A Note on Load Times

The first time you play a game it takes a fairly long time to load. This only happens the once; the 2nd+ games you play will load almost instantly. We have to send you the first batch of content.

We are planning to change the download manager so that it starts to download the game content during character creation, deck management, chatting, etc. This will mean that while it will take the same amount of time to download the content, you won't notice as you'll be engaged in other activities.

So please have patience for now. :)
