Varken stormed through the hallowed halls of the Temple of Trias. The only matter at hand of importance was how to secure his rightful place on the throne of the Universe.
“Tell me,” he said to himself, “how could I have been so close to victory, only to have my father’s creations interfere?”
A feral growl erupted from his throat as he violently vowed the extermination of his father’s meddling Vedyn, the sea-bound jix`Su of his brother Snykus, and Adolces’s demure Keldei.
The eldest of the Rulers continued his diatribe spurred on by his own sense of self-entitlement – perhaps a fatal flaw for not only himself, but his creation the Ralaks, as well.
“The Ralak cannot fail,” proclaimed Varken, “because I will not fail.”
Varken then made it his most urgent goal to devise even more powerful elements, which he would introduce into the universe and secure the Ralak’s and, in turn, his own victory. However, he could only hope they wouldn’t fall into the wrong hands.
Hmmmm
I wonder what he's up to? Whatever it is it spells trouble for the Jix'su.
Desolate
I'm a little confused here.
I'm a little confused here. I've just read through the history and I don't understand why Varken is raging here. Wasn't it Snykus who was deterred by his father's intereference? The Vedyn gave the Ralaks back their fighting chance, so why is he angry at them? Help me out here.
