RESOLVED - Certain "Special Characters" cause messages not to be sent in chat

Using certain "special characters" in chat causes your entire message not to render.
These characters include quotation marks (") as well as a few others. We're looking into how to address the problem in a future beta build.

I can confirm that quotation
I can confirm that quotation marks don't let me send the message. Also interesting is that when i type in a plus sign (+) it does not appear on the chat window, just an empty space.

The % sign also doesn't work.
We've done this as a temporary measure to stop chat messages from interfering with game play. We'll solve this eventually, but it's a low priority. We're focused on building in the new features you're all anxious to see.

Most characters are now typable
With one of the recent game updates, this has been resolved.
A few characters remain unable to be typed, such as the "%" sign.
