RESOLVED - Issues with first time user and paying for credits by phone.

I recently invited a friend to play with me, but we encountered a large amount of issues while trying to get to our first battle.

1.) After installing the 3DVIA client for the first time, the 3D engine woud not initialize until restarting the browser.
2.) After restarting the first time, a text box appeared in the top right corner saying "INPUT OFF" and not allowing him to do anything.
3.) After restarting a second time and entering the chat room, no challenges that he sent would appear.
4.) After we both restarted again, we could send and recieve the challenges fine, however upon accepting and after choosing my deck both of our clients froze.
5.) After whupping my friend very badly and making him cry for mercy, XD I recieved no skill points for it.

As well: I recently tried to aquire a couple extra credits for my account to buy the intro pack. I also encountered some errors.

Right on the "Buy credits by phone" page I encounter these errors:

As well, it is telling me:

- There is no game user, please log into the game first.

When I am clearly logged in. After recieving the code by phone, however, and then entering it nothing happens and i am returned to the same page with no change in the errors.
