Are you using FF?

If you're using FF in Windows Vista, please follow the instructions here.

If you're in XP and using FF, you'll have to switch to Internet Explorer. Or, sometimes, it works just to close the browser and try again.

We know about this bug and are working on it as best we can. The problem is that most of it's not under our control - it's between FF and Javascript.
