G Engine Boy

Hey everyone,

Before I start this post is about:I want to make games, I am looking for a good game engine I don't know any pl so I need ebooks or any site on that.

Game Engine Boy is still searching.
Here is what I have got

Java sdk, Eclipse.org, Visual Basic, 3dvia.com, Panda3d,
unreal, Oger3d.org, CrystalSpace3d.org, Blender and unity

What i need to know is what programing languages(PL) i need to know for each engine.
And witch is better to use(not easier) I what something to start with so I wont buy anything. And witch engines are for bbg and none bbg.
And what is REALbasic an app maker.(it surly has a better name than that.)
And last thing I need sites where there have good ebooks or teach pl I currently know a few sites. Are they any good no clue plz tell me.

I need to know java or c++

I need to know java or c++ for all but those two I still don't know Crystal Space3d and 3dvia Shape.

(but they are focused more on the business side)

There's nobody here that knows about every engine. I still recommend Unity or Torque. Or even getting the general hang of how games are made in 2D using Flash and move up as you get better.

I was on GameDev.com then i was linked to another site and read about an engine searched for some thing about it on GameDev and it's site but I did not find out if i do need to know C++ or it's optional.
I don't think any one here uses it (lol)but if you heard of it pls reply.
It's name is 3drad.
