Fact
Many veterans or players above 3.0 battle rating start to have many cards at their disposal, especially of handheld type.
With the mana cost decrease due to the skill percent increasing, many cards become also obselete, doing way less damage. Thus, many cards ends up totally unused.
Idea:
The game is attracting new people every week, but often they are kids that don't have credit card to buy any pack.
The idea is to share some of your unused, low mana cost cards with them so they can improve their deck, and also strenghten their ties with the existing community.
Who's eligible to get cards?
My opinion are eligible those people with a maximum battling rank of 2.8, and not more because their skill mana cost will start decreasing around 2.9 and onwards.
Rewards
people donating will receive an X amount of skill points per card donated to those eligible.
possible rules
GM will note the cards donated and calculate the skill points rewards for each donator.
OR
donator will give cards to donate to GM, who will then give them to the newbie of choice of GM. GM keeps a count of each donator total cards donated.
OR
fix a maximum of donation and assign a maximum in total skill points that a donator can earn.
example: maximum cards you can donate are 10, you will receive 20 skill points (2 per card donated). If a donator donate an X number of cards below the maximum, he will receive 2 skill points per cards.

Great suggestion
Hi JujixsuSensei,
We are looking into ways currently to allow you to cash in unwanted, purchased cards.
This event sounds great for when we have a slightly larger, population of new players and more players with cards they want to offload.
Keep an eye out for it further down the line.
