I created this because I found typing the same thing 7,000,009.42 times becomes tedious. It is here for all you non-noobs to enjoy (ha). I'll copy and paste this line by line and answer any questions that the person might ask in-between. Without further ado, here it is (TL;DR at bottom (obviously (how many parenthesis can I nest? (Oh, sorry, I was getting on with it)))):

Hello, welcome to Rise and Ruin! I'm Cerdric and I'll be your tour guide for this battle.
I hope you enjoy our fight and decide to stick around and battle others as well (to fully get the experience).
To begin with, the basic premise of an R&R battle is really simple.
The first player to go chooses a card he wants to attack with, followed by the second player choosing a card to defend against that attack with.
You do this by either double clicking the card, dragging and dropping it into the action slot, or pressing the corresponding letter (or number) on the keyboard as that cards slot.
During your attack phase, defense cards are tinted red (and cannot be selected), while during your defense phase attack cards are tinted red (and cannot be selected).
There is one more premise, and that is "Mana".
Mana is the blue orbs that you see underneath your green HP meter at the top of the screen.
You start every match with 3 mana, and get another one at the beginning of each of your attack phases.
Almost every card in the game requires a certain amount of mana.
Some cards that are very weak require no mana, and are basically free to play.
The stronger the card the higher the mana cost.
There is also another type of card called a "mod" card which never requires mana.
These basically attach to your weapon card (go into the slot underneath) and provide freeeeee extra damage.
Mana management plays a huge role in winning battles.
Now, if you look at your cards, you will notice that there is a row below where all your cards are.
This is called the "storage row".
You can drag all your defense and modifier cards here to hold onto until you need them, with the added bonus of being able to draw a lot more cards on your next phase.
And thats about it.
The forums on the main website (www.riseandruin.com) have a lot more information and advice.
If you have any questions about the game, feel free to ask away.

TL;DR:
Choose a card and attack or defend on your turn using the non red cards.
You get one blue orb per turn, you need those to use cards.
Mod cards add extra attack damage, and those and defense cards can go into the bottom room so you can draw more.

Enjoy, please let me know if there is anything I should add or remove or change that wont make the conversation too overwhelming for das nubs.
