Timezones & Friday night fights

A lot of people don't know the time in every time zone or for that matter when Friday night fights will be for them. So since I live in Iowa I decided I would put up a little info on time and time zones for the U.S. to help some people out.

Also- In the 24-hour time notation, the day begins at midnight, 00:00, and the last minute of the day begins at 23:59 - for those who don't understand military times.

I'm gonna choose 7:00pm EDT for the time in this since it's usually when Friday night fights goes down.

Washington D.C.- 7:00pm - EDT- Rise & Ruin time
Denver- 5:00pm - MDT- 2 hours behind
Los Angeles- 4:00pm - PDT- 3 hours behind
Honolulu- 1:00pm - HST- 6 hours behind
Chicago- 6:00pm - CDT- 1 hour behind
Phoenix- 4:00pm - MST- 3 hours behind
Anchorage- 3:00pm - AKDT- 4 hours behind
